Summary


A woman who watched in horror from the window of her Glen Burnie home Tuesday night as a county police officer shot and killed an unarmed naked man said the victim never posed a threat to the rookie officer.

Adria Slaughter said she watched in shock as the incident unfolded on West Ordnance Road across the street from her house. With arms extended and a look of relief on his face, a naked Donald Coates "trotted" about 30 feet toward the officer before he fired at close range, Ms. Slaughter said.
