Republicans plan to introduce at least three alternative maps when the General Assembly meets in special session Monday to take up congressional redistricting.
Del. Ron George, R-Annapolis, is co-sponsoring a plan being promoted by Del. Michael Hough, R-Frederick. Under this proposal, Anne Arundel County would be combined with Calvert and St. Mary's counties to form the 3rd District, which sponsors are calling the "Chesapeake Bay District."See the full content of this document
