A second former county employee joined the sexual harassment lawsuit against County Executive John R. Leopold Tuesday, contending he fired her for not giving a $50 campaign contribution.
The expanded lawsuit, filed in federal court, also claims Leopold's treatment of women and sexual misconduct created a hostile working environment, that he retaliated against women who complained or appeared disloyal, and that his alleged intimidation tactics violated the free-speech rights of county employees.See the full content of this document
