FOOTBALLBUC 32, PIRANHAS 0: The 75-pound Buccaneers football team played their second home game against the Chespeake Piranhas. The offense scored it's first touchdown of teh season by passing, and the line continued to open holes for the running backs. The defense dominated the line of scrimmage and held the other team scoreless for the second game in a row. Leading the offense were: David Garland, Clay Smith, Clayton Lipscomb, Jake Hearne, Zach Abey and Dante Villaras. Leading the defense were: Colin Brown, Cameron Cline, Shaun Harding, Michael Smith, Austin Ogonowski and Jeffery Gustafson.
SOCCERROWDIES: The Severna Park Rowdies opened their season against the CYA Bulldogs losing 2-0 and then a tie 1-1 against the Vista. In the Vista game Paul Ballenza scored first for the Rowdies. The defense was led by Zach Weiss and Scott Scheerer kept Vista scoreless in the first half. With two minutes left in the game the Vista crew were able to get one past the Rowdies to tie the game. Billy Koffler and Tripp Fulton provided great saves in the goal.See the full content of this document
