The past month has been a tumultuous one for the Chesapeake High School wrestling program.

First, Rick Couch was informed the school would not rehire him for the coming year. The head coach for two seasons and an assistant for the better part of a decade, he help produced a state champion and multiple state finalists for one of the Pasadena school's most successful sports.
