Pasadena: Pet Parade Highlights Hancock's Resolution Event

Summary

Every now and then, a horse, a greyhound or maybe even a ferret might like to get dressed up and head out for some fun. Hancock's Resolution, 2795 Bayside Beach Road, will be just the place for them during "Animal Appreciation Day" from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The highlight of the event is a pet parade featuring them and in some cases their owners, dressed to impress. Prizes will be awarded by judges to the most original, pet and owner look-alike, best collar, funniest and best historic scene. Nonjudged categories that will be awarded prizes are smallest, largest, youngest, oldest and furthest traveled.
