The Pasadena Senior Center regularly offers a number of free and beneficial programs promoting elder health. Its October calendar is overflowing with opportunities for seniors to get screenings, immunizations and health information.
A nurse will check blood pressures from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday and 9 to 11 a.m. Oct. 13. She also will also test glucose levels for seniors who have already been diagnosed with diabetes. The service is free, but donations will be accepted to help with the costs.See the full content of this document
