George LeBon and his wife, Pegge, live in a quiet Millersville neighborhood, the kind where everyone waves hello on the street and the next-door resident will gladly pick up the mail while his neighbor is on vacation.
The LeBons, each 63, were on a waiting list for a few years before they managed to move into Rol-Park Trailer Village, located off Veterans Highway.
