Outdoors: Flounder Floundering No More in Local Waters
In more recent years, since length limits were established by Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC), I've not caught a single keepable flounder in the Chesapeake Bay. I've come close a few times - less than an inch shy of the legal mark, but only in the game of horseshoes does close count.
