Born March 4, 1915, in Baltimore, Mrs. Snyder owned and operated Snyder's Restaurant for 68 years.
She was a member of the Glen Burnie Elks Lodge 2246, the American Legion of Baltimore Highlands and the Minnie Mouse Club.Mrs. Snyder enjoyed cooking, cleaning, knitting, crocheting and shopping.She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, George V. Snyder; one son, Richard J. Snyder; and three sisters.Survivors include three sons, Vernon and Ellsworth "Bo" Snyder of Linthicum and Robert L. Snyder of Severna Park; two brothers; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.Family and friends may visit from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow at the funeral home.Interment will be in Meadowridge Memorial Park.Vernon BaileyVernon R.
