ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) - Former 20-game winner Denny Neagle, an Arundel High graduate, agreed Monday to a minor league contract with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
Neagle, whose deal included an invitation to spring training, will make the minimum $316,000 if added to the major league roster. He hasn't pitched in the majors since July 2003 because of elbow and shoulder surgeries.See the full content of this document
