A judge yesterday sentenced a Glen Burnie homeowner to a year's probation for repeatedly ignoring orders from the county to stop building an addition near a tributary of Stoney Creek.

District Court Judge Megan Johnson sentenced Garret E. Berge, of 7735 Locust Grove Road, to six months in jail and a $500 fine.
