Summary
Lights up at Sandy Point
For those having trouble getting into the holiday spirit, few things light it up better than a slow cruise through Lights On The Bay at Sandy Point State Park. The annual attraction benefiting Anne Arundel Medical Center opens tonight and is plugged in daily from 5 to 10 p.m. through Jan. 2. The 2-mile-long light show features animated and timed displays and something new every year. Carriages rides are available through The Annapolis Carriage Co., and the 3-D admission, which offers Holospex glasses that turn lights into dancing holiday figures, is available while supplies last. Admission is $14 per car, $28 for large passenger vans and $50 for buses. Discount coupons are available in the Maryland Gazette and sponsor locations.
