Drivers in Route 10 Crash Guilty of Negligent Driving

Summary


Two drivers involved in a fatal car crash nearly two years ago were found guilty of traffic violations Wednesday and ordered to pay $500 in fines.

The fiery three-vehicle crash on April 25, 2008, killed Joseph Norfolk, 23, of Glen Burnie. Investigators said Bobbi Steiner of Glen Burnie was driving her Ford Contour south on Route 10, with Norfolk following closely behind. She stopped suddenly, and then Norfolk's Cadillac Escalade was struck from behind by a flatbed truck driven by Jason Fisher of Derwood.
