The Evangelical Ministries of Glen Burnie opened its doors two weeks ago, at 9A Central Ave., to provide a coffee break ministry to Glen Burnie employees and residents.

Church Seeks to Serve the Lunch Crowd

"Way back when I was a little kid, I remember the Central Avenue bakery. Businessmen would come and get pastries and then go back to work. I thought why not have a church where people can take their lunch break and come in and pray and then go back to work," he said.
