Summary


Hundreds of teachers, firefighters, police officers and other workers Thursday night voiced support for a workforce housing plan by two county councilmen.

Councilmen Pamela G. Beidle, D-Linthicum, and Barbara D. Samorajczyk, D-Annapolis, are working on a bill that would force developers to designate a percentage of new units as affordable for those making less than the median county income, $67,300.
